SUNDAY

Spent the day without Manu and took the kids to the river, it was so cold but we managed an hour outside, and got in just before the rain commenced.

Autumn has definately settled in and I can't wait for all the trees to change colour, everyone says how pretty it is.

As you can see everyone is stock piling their wood.  We need to find a supplier ready for the winter.....

Spent the rest of the day drinking Vin Chaud and sorting out my winter cupboard with thanks to Manu's employer as I got all the tins - for wine glasses, one per tin, think the packaging costs more than the glass, still makes for great scarf container.......

................ and for dinner Boudin Noir, or black pudding as the South African's know it, except here you eat is as a main dish with Apple Compote, it's delicious and usually made fresh from the farm stuffed with Apples, Nuts or spices.
