CHAPATIS











2 Cups Flour
Sprinkling of dry garlic flakes
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
Hot water

Put all ingredients in a bowl except water.

Pour water over until a non sticky but doughy texture is achieved

Pull small dumplings off and roll flat

Fry in a dry pan one minute each side

Reheat in micro or keep warm in oven

Enjoy with a good curry
