BELGIAN WAFFLES
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups milk
Beat eggs until thick and foamy, about 2 minutes
Melt the butter and add with the milk
Add the dry ingredients and beat till smooth
Brush hot waffle iron with oil
Place mixture in middle of hot waffle iron and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes
Eat hot
I freeze them and then pop them in the toaster on low for tea with the kids.
